I don’t have a website. I’m just a woman with a creative passion and I’m just getting started. My focus since high school has always been on writing. I wanted to write novels. I got side tracked with life and a terrible 1st marriage. I ended up trying to write screen plays because I had this innate obsession to create. My problem is that I ‘see’ these stories in pictures, but I cannot write them down. I lose the words. But in my effort to write a screenplay I met my forever-husband, the one I will be with for the rest of my life. We are expecting a baby girl in July. I had this panicked need to learn photography rather than just point and shoot. I have two kids from my first marriage and their father took all the kids photos and told me they were stolen. It just breaks my heart that the images of me in the hospital when they were born and their most important pictures are sitting somewhere that I cannot see them. And worse, that he will not give them to the kids. So, I took my first picture with the help of my forever-husband, Paul. It was a maternity shot of me. And I have received dozens of compliments and am officially hooked. I love this blog and it speaks to my heart. I have a few projects coming up and will create something with those projects for my kids… all three of them. Thank you for this blog, sincerely Sarah.
That breaks my heart to hear you don’t have photos from when your children were younger. I’m so glad you have found a new passion for photography! I love the idea of you doing different projects with all three of your kiddos!! I’d love to seem them! Please feel free to share them on our Facebook page!!
