I just love this tutorial on how to create a full circle image like the one below. What a fun thing to do to a photo!! Ashley does an excellent job at describing how to achieve this look that even me, who is PSE challenged, could figure it out :O) While you are reading this tutorial be sure to check out the rest of Ashley’s wonderful blog – Ramblings and Photos. She hosts “Scavenger Hunt Sunday” which I’m sure you have seen all over the blog world. If you do make one of these photos, I would LOVE for you to leave a link in the comments so we can check them out!!
LOVE Ashley’s blog! :) I’m still waiting for that perfect picture to try this tutorial out on :)
Love Ashley’s blog too :D I followed her tutorial (which is super easy to understand!) with some of my photos of Sydney Harbour http://photographybymichelle81.blogspot.com/search/label/Planet%20Photography
Everyone should try it!
Thanks again for featuring me!
I loved this tutorial when Ashley posted it several months ago. I have only done it once, but would like to try it again. http://ambocullum.blogspot.com/2010/10/would-you-say-that-to-adult.html
So cool! Off to check her out!
I remember seeing this style shot on Ashley’s blog and loved it!! This is too cool!!
Thanks for sharing this and thanks to Ashley for the tutorial! I wasn’t following her blog back then when she wrote this.
I did mine just a tad different because I wanted the subjects of my photo to be on the inside of the circle, instead of the outside. The composition of my original photo just didn’t look very good with it the original way. I’ll be on the lookout now opportunities to take photos that would lend itself to this type of processing.
