I hope you learned a lot this first week of 2011. I’m going to start posting my own “I Learned” here instead of linking it up with my old blog (I’m getting rid of that one). So here you go :O)
I learned that I forgot how much I love vignetting on the right photo. I realize that you can go overboard and make a photo look crazy but I think if you add just a little it really can bring a little something special to a photo. It doesn’t look great on all photos but I think it really makes this one pop.
Now it’s your turn. What did you learn this week?? You know the old saying “You learn something new everyday!” Take pictures of it and share with us!! Some weeks you may learn a photography skill and want critiques. GREAT!! Share and ask for them! If you didn’t learn a new photography skill but something about yourself or life, that is great too! Post a picture and tell us what you learned. Can’t wait to see your pictures and find out what you learned!!

wow, just joined your site! SO happy that I found you from Don’t Blink! I received a Nikon D3100 for Christmas and LOVE it, but know NOTHING…ha, so I guess its good I found your site! Yay! I am going to “attempt” manual tomorrow and see what happens!!! I’m So excited!
Yay!! So glad you are going to attempt manual mode! One of my friends told me when I started to shoot on manual “just put it on manual and don’t switch back” You will learn so much by practice, practice, practice :O) Good luck!!
