Lightroom Black and White Conversion Video
Editing

I get a lot of questions about how I convert a photo to black and white. I did a video a few months back but have since learned a few more things so I thought I would share them with you. If you are wanting to learn more about Lightroom, I highly suggest Lynn’s Processing 101: Lightroom Start to Finish (be sure to tell her “hi” for me :O)

Since some of you don’t have LR I wanted to share a video my friend, Melissa, did for ACR. You can check it out Here – Noste 365- B & W Conversion Video. Hope this help you create a nice black and white photo!!

Do you have any other tips to make a great black and white photo???

Thanks girl! I am looking forward to watching the video NOSTE 365 made. Hopefully, it will help me with custom B&W adjustments.

I love lightroom! I just learned a lot of it from my workshop a couple weeks ago. Their black and white is the best! Love the vignette they have too.

Wow!! Courtney — thank you so much for sharing this!!! :) I’m trying to jump in more and get settled into LR3 — I love it so far, but know I haven’t even dipped my ankles in the water yet! :) I’ve been wanting to know how to do a b&w (besides presets) and this helped bunches!!
