I Clicked it Up a Notch Photography Contest-May
Lifestyle

You guys really out did yourselves last month! I have been looking forward to this all month! I can’t wait to see what you guys have been up to and how you have “Clicked it Up a Notch”.

Here is my favorite photo from the May! I had such a blast with this sweet family!! And an added bonus, today is the mom’s birthday! Happy Birthday!!

In order to be eligible to win, please read the list below. Submissions are open until Friday at midnight EST.

  • Only one photo in the entry post.
  • Our button must be in the post.
  • The photo needs to have been taken this month.
  • Summit your permalink, not your main blog address.

Click it up a notch

That’s it! It’s that simple! So go through all your photos you have taken in May and submit your favorite/best one. Don’t forget to leave comments on the other entries because that is half the fun!! Also, submit your photo early since those seem to be the ones who receive the most comments! Unfortunately, I won’t be able to comment on everyone’s photo who submits! I will do my best but I can’t make any promises :O)

I will pick my top 10 favorite and post them on Sunday morning (Japan Time/Saturday evening EST) for you to vote which is the winner. The voting will be open until (Wednesday night Japan Time/Wednesday morning EST) and the winner will be announced Thursday in the “I Learned” post.

Its been a busy month so far… collaborations on Selfie-Saturday, motorcycle trip in Austria. I’ve learned so much with my camera settings again but I’m also learning on how to save some photos when you forget things like backlighting and foreground lighting. I’m afraid I slid back to AV and TV a few times just because with the weather changing I kept getting dark or too bright photos!
I also learnt that having my tripod and remote with me at all times really creates some great memories of adventures with my husband. You don’t have to take every photo together at arms length! ;)

Those are great lessons to have learned! I especially like that you guys take your tripod and remote to capture photos of you and your hubby!! Thanks for sharing!

I wanted to enter the challenge but I think I’m one day too late. I also don’t really understand exactly what to do, because I am new to blogging and this would have been my first entry. What is Permalink?
