If you could go anywhere in the world to photograph anything, where would you go?
Lifestyle

As many of you know we are currently living in Japan and get a chance to see and photograph things I would never see back in the States. I was asked this question in the Ask Me Anything Section and it got me thinking. I typically don’t think about photographing anything but my kids :O) I loved this question! Thank you to whoever asked it!

Here was my answer:
I would love to go to Europe and photograph all the little details that make Europe so romantic and historical :O) Are you funding my trip?? he he Thanks!!

Now, your turn!! Where would you go???? I can’t wait to hear what you guys have to say!

I would probably go back in time to Europe & photograph (& blog while we’re at it!) all the great places we saw. I’d love to be back in Tangiers & Marrakesh bc the markets & people there were unbelieveable. I’d also love to go to India… I can’t wait to travel in Asia now!

Ok- I was going to remain anonymous… but since you want to thank me…. :)
I, too, spend a lot of time thinking about photographing my kids. If I could go anywhere, I think I would love to take a trip to somewhere in Africa and take pictures of children and families, for people who would otherwise never have photographs. It would probably be quite a challenge to get the prints to them… but I think it would be very fulfilling :) I’d have to take a little side trip out on a safari too- how awesome would that be?!

Well with my husband deploying to Africa I’ve gotten really excited about a potential visit and all the the things I could capture with my camera while there, but I’d also love to hit up Ireland and New Zealand :)

Megan, that is really sweet. I like your idea. Mine is along the same lines as a couple of others–I would go back to Vicenza and the little tiny town we lived in outside it and take pictures of all the things that made Italy so Italian (many of them surprising), like the hunters and the nuns on bikes and the berms where you could walk for miles and the construction boats in Venice and the fabulous uniforms and all of the handcrafted stuff like furniture and pottery. I know it’s all been done before, but there’s something so satisfying about capturing it yourself.

Now I REALLY want to go to Italy!!!

I would love to go to Europe and photograph everything. I’d also like to go around the states and take pictures of things like Mt. Rushmore, the glaciers, Grand Canyon, etc. Basically I wanna photograph the world. hee!

I would love to go to the Mid-East and photograph people just as they are. The expressions, whether it be sadness, joy, love or whatever is so exciting to me. And I’ve always been fascinated with countries like Israel that I would love to go and see what their lives are really like.
