I was lucky enough to head to NYC with my sister, brother-in-law, and little brother this past month. My parents who win “Grandparents of the Year” stayed behind with the 7 grandkids ages – 6, 5, 4, 3, and three 1 year olds.
I think I was so excited to be anywhere without my kids that I kept forgetting to take pictures. I know, that doesn’t make any sense. Here are a few I captured. My Lensbaby Composer Pro Sweet Optic 35mm is really fun for street photography.

Courtney, Wow!! First, what a fabulous trip and you do have some awesome parents!!! On to the images, I love these. I haven’t tried using my Sweet 35 for street images so I truly inspired by what you captured!! I particularly like how the blur in the first two shots add to the “busy” feeling of NYC!!
Courtney! These are awesome! Reminds me of our trip to NYC! I really love the second one. The leading line then the blurred people walking. They add to the image, but in a way that only the lensbaby could do. :) Nice job this month!
Love how the lensbaby brings out the motion in these! My favorite is the first with the taxi!!! Hope you had a fabulous time in NYC!
